We strongly recommend that you book in advance and make a reservation. While we try our best to accommodate walk-ins, we cannot guarantee that a room will be available or ready. To book your room, head to our bookings page.

Our rooms are suitable for children of all ages and abilities. However, we ask that children 12 years and under are supervised in the room by at least one adult.

Our facilities are fully wheelchair accessible, including an accessible toilet. If you would like to enquire further, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, there is free parking available directly in front of our store.

If you are running late, please give us a call on 08 6156 7212. Unfortunately, if you are later by 15 minutes or more, we are required to deduct time from your gameplay to ensure the room is completed in time for the next booking. No, you will only be playing with the people in your group.

Yes. All out rooms have a sliding scale of prices – the larger the group the lower the price per person. We also offer corporate prices for business who wish to do team building!

There is no dress code at U Escape Room. We just recommend wearing something comfortable so you can put all of your energy into escaping the room.
